F-5비자 영주권의 소득요건 (18.9.21) 오늘 9월 21일부터 영주권 제도에 대한 개정된 내용이 시행이 됩니다. 한국에 체류하고 있는 외국인들의 가장 큰 관심사는 이번에 개정된 출입국관리법 상 적용되는 영주자격의 요건에 관한 것이라고 생각합니다. E-1비자~E-7비자, D-7비자, F-2비자의 소득요건은 전년도 총국민소득 (GNI) 2배 이상이어야 합니다. 그리고 한국어능력요건은 사회통합프로그램 (KIIP) 5단계를 이수하여야 합니다. 저 뿐만 아니라 많은 외국인분들께서 소득요건이 낮아졌으면 하는 바람이 있었는데, 아쉽게 된 것 같습니다. <<New F5 VISA rules apply for VISA applicant whom are under examination>> From this September, New F-5 VISA rules have been started. However, this new F-5 VISA policy is applied for applicants for F-5 VISA whom are under examination even though there were no additional rule when they applied for F-5 VISA. <<General F-5 VISA Policy Update>> A new F-5 VISA system is starting from today. The main concern for General F-5 VISA is whether the new F-5 VISA applies for GNI or GNI double. The conclusion is that the new General F-5 VISA requires yearly GNI Double income (around 68 million won) (except for PhD holders with Advanced Technology, Bachelor degree obtained in Korea, Master’s Degree obtained in Korea, Points based F5 VISA, F-4 VISA, F-6 VISA) with KIIP stage 5 Completion. It is getting tough to get General F-5 VISA now. Also, applicable VISAs for General F-5 VISA is; Over 5 years of stating in Korea with D-7 VISA, E-1 VISA~E-7 VISA, F-2 VISA, D-8 VISA & D-9 VISA. Furthermore, Naturalization (#귀화) requires F-5 VISA from the end of this year. Naturalization, also, is getting difficult as well. E7-4 VISA Recommendation Letter (고용추천서) for E9-4 VISA (E7-4비자 E9-4비자 외국인근로자 비자) According to Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries (MOF), MOF may issue the recommendation letter for E-9-4 VISA (fishery non-skilled worker visa) holders who want to apply for E-7-4 VISA, points based skilled worker visa from tomorrow on Sep. 19, 2018. If E9-4 VISA holders have the recommendation letter from MOF, they have a chance to get maximum 10 points based on the requirements. As you know, there has been only 1 (one) recommendation letter for root industry fields, such as die casting, welding, metal mold, heat treatment etc., however, fishery worker visa holders (E9-4 VISA) have a chance to apply for the recommendation letter from MOF. E7비자 (E7-4비자 포함)에서 F2비자 (F2-7비자, F2-99비자), 영주권 F-5비자로 체류자격비자 변경 E7비자 (E7-4비자 포함)에서 거주비자인 F-2비자 (F2-7비자나 F2-99비자) 혹은 F-5비자인 영주권으로 체류자격을 변경할 수 있습니다. 1.  E7비자 (E7-4비자 포함)에서 거주비자인 F2-7비자: 점수제 거주비자인 F2-7비자는 나이, 학력, 한국어능력, 연봉, 사회통합프로그램 이수 여부 (KIIP), 국내 학위 등등을 검토하여 총 125점 만점에 80점 이상이면 신청이 가능합니다. E7비자 (E-4비자 포함)는 E-9비자에서 비자를 변경하든 혹은 유학비자인 D-2비자, 혹은 D-10비자에서 변경할 때 그 해당 요건을 충족시키기가 쉽지 않습니다. 하지만 이미  E7비자 (E-4비자 포함)에서 점수제 거주비자인 F2-7비자로의 변경을 하는 경우에는 E7비자에서 요구했던 자료보다는 개인자격으로 점수제 요건만 구비하면 되기 때문에 보다 수월할 수 있으며,  E7비자 (E-4비자 포함)보다 혜택이 많기 때문에 준비를 한다면 가능성이 높아질 수 있습니다. 2.  E7비자 (E7-4비자 포함)에서 거주비자인 F2-99비자: 기타 장기비자인 F2-99비자는 전년도 소득이 GNI이상이어야 하며, E- 7비자 (E-4비자 포함)에서 5년 이상 한국에 거주하면서 1년 이상 3천만원 이상의 예금 혹은 부동산을 가지고 있어야 하며, 토픽 2급 이상을 취득해야 합니다. 다만, E7비자 중에서 특히 E7-4비자는 GNI의 1.5배 이상이 있어야 하기에 그 조건이 더 까다롭습니다. 3.
