If you had a master degree in one of Korean universities and are still working at a company, you may consider F5-10 visa.
Basic requirements of F5-10 visa are as below (You shall meet all of below requirements):

However, if you got your bachelor degree majored in IT, Technical Management, Nanotechnology, Digital Electronics, Biotechnology, new materials, environment and energy related Advanced Technology from overseas or domestic universities, even though you don't have a master degree in Korea, you are eligible for F5-10 visa.
If you have a master degree from one of Korean universities, your major is not matter for that.
2. You shall stay in Korea over 3 years from the date of acquisition of your master degree in Korea:
That 3 years period require for a bachelor degree in domestic majored in Advanced technology.

A permanent employment means that you shall be hired as a regular worker at your company and need to get a certificate of permanent employment from your company.
The most of expats fails to apply for F5-10 visa due to the certificate of permanent employment.
**Based on my experience, that 1 year of permanent employment shall not be combined to your previous another company's working experience.
This period shall be calculated based on current company.
***Manual and real Immigration Tasks are not the same!!!
4. Previous income shall be more than KRW 36.7 million won (GNI=Gross National Income):
GNI income is released every March. So, the above GNI is based on year of 2018.
5. Need KIIP Stage 5 completion:
This is another obstacle when you apply for F5-10 visa.
However, if you have a PhD degree at one of Korean universities, you don't need KIIP Stage 5 completion (F5-15 visa).
