<<Urgent Notice for Undocumented Expats>> Ministry of Justice has announced that undocumented expats may report for voluntary departure through On-Line (Hi Korea website at www.hikorea.go.kr). So, if you report from Mar. 11, 2020, you can departure from Mar. 14, 2020 without visiting Immigration Office. This On-Line System will be started necessarily to minimize the movement routes of voluntary departure for undocumented expats in a circumstance of COVID-19. This System allows you to report On-Line (Hi Korea) at least 3 days to 15 days before your departure, so you DON'T need to  visit Immigration Office to submit a voluntary departure report. << URGENT NOTICE: Information on Extension of Status of Stay for Expats whose flights have been suspended >> Recently, as the number of people infected with COVID-19 is increased, the number of cases in which overseas countries temporarily suspended direct flights from Republic of Korea to your countries is increasing. So, it is resulting in a situation in which short-term resident expats cannot leave to their countries due to the expiration of their status of stay. Accordingly, the Ministry Of Justice has prepared the following procedures for extending the status of stay for short-term resident expats whose return flights have been suspended.
