 외국인근로자 재입국 특례제도 (성실근로자) 요건 등 개선 The Ministry of Employment and Labor (Minister Lee Jae-gap) announced on September 22 (Tuesday) a partial amendment to the “Act on the Employment of Foreign Workers, etc. (외국인근로자의 고용 등에 관한 법률)” with the details of improving the requirements for the special re-entry system for foreign workers.
