 어느 E-9비자 외국인근로자의 눈물_E7-4 VISA_신원보증서_숙련기능 인력 점수제 비자_VISA in KOREA 장행닷컴행정사_https://youtu.be/sGHG_-iy7pY E-9비자 외국인근로자가 국내에서 장기체류할 수 있는 유일한 길은 숙련기능인력 점수제 비자인 E7-4비자로 변경하는 것입니다. 지난 3분기부터 합격점이 68점으로 올랐고, 얼마 전 4분기도 합격점이 68점이 되어, E7-4비자를 준비하는 외국인근로자들 사이에서도 너무 높은 합격점때문에 근심이 늘어가고 있습니다. 내년부터는 1분기가 3월 신청으로 변경되면서, 1월, 2월에 고득점자 (현재는 65점)로 신청을 생각하고 있는 외국인근로자도 있지만, 내년에 E7-4비자 정책이 어떻게 바뀔지 몰라 걱정하고 있는 것도 현실입니다. 왜냐하면, 합격점이 고득점보다 높았기 때문입니다. 오늘 전화 한통을 받았습니다. 울면서 전화하는 그 외국인근로자의 목소리를 들으면서 그 동안 E7-4비자 취득을 위해 얼마나 노력했는지 알 수 있었지만.... 합격자 명단에 이름이 올라있을 때만해도 너무 기뻐서 가족을 초청할 계획도 생각을 했다고 했지만 최종적으로 비자 변경이 불허가 되었다고 합니다. 70점이 훨씬 넘는 점수를 받았는데...불허가 된거라고 합니다. 그 불허 이유는 회사 대표의 신원보증서가 없어서라고 합니다.......... 울고 있는 그 외국인근로자에게 '내년에 다시 한번 해보시고, 힘들 때 연락 주세요'라는 말 밖에 위로를 할 수 있는 말이 생각이 나지 않았습니다. E7-4비자 신청할 때, 필수 서류 중의 하나가 바로 회사 대표의 신원보증서인데, 업체의 규모가 클 수록 회사대표가 발행해 주는 것은 어렵기 때문에, 결국 외국인근로자가 몇 년을 근무한 회사를 떠나야 하는 경우를 너무나 많이 보아왔습니다. 한숨이 많이 나는 하루였습니다.....'그래도 힘내세요....그리고 모든 일들이 다 잘되었으면 좋겠네요.....'.....저의 마지막 말이었습니다. 내년에는 E7-4비자 조
